One of the most incredible promises we have from God is that He is always with us.  He promises us that He will never forsake us (Hebrews 13:5).  This should fill us with so much comfort and hope. No matter what we face in life, we have God’s incredible presence!

Exodus 33:14 says, “The Lord replied, ‘My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.’”

No matter what happens in our lives, we have the confidence of knowing that God is with us.  As a result, we have the assurance that we have everything we need, no matter what we face.  That doesn’t mean that we will never have to go through stress or trouble.  Rather, it means that in those situations, God is there.  And with His presence comes all the grace, strength, mercy and comfort we will ever need.

So, how should we approach times of hardship?  Firstly, we need to remember that God is with us.  When things get stressful and hectic, it’s so easy to lose sight of this truth.  Yet, it can sustain us and strengthen us.   

Secondly, rise up in faith and begin to remind yourself that God will give you everything you need to face your circumstances.  You will have all the grace, strength, comfort, peace and hope that you need.  So lean in hard into the Lord and trust Him with all your heart.  

Lastly, let your heart be at rest instead of full of stress and worry. You can do this confidently when you remember that God is with you and that He will give you everything that you need.

Let’s rise up in faith and confidently trust our God in every situation of our lives!
